Product care
At how many degrees should I wash the underwear?
Wash them at 60 degrees in the machine to eliminate all bacteria that may occur during use.
Washing above 60 degrees can reduce absorbency and durability.
Washing below 60 degrees does NOT reduce absorbency or durability.
Can I wash the panties together with other clothes?
Yes, definitely – you wash them together with your other laundry.
How many times can they be washed?
As long as you want! The product's features and safety are not affected by prolonged use, but we only guarantee functionality for up to 30 wash cycles at up to (and including) 60 °C.
Should the products be washed by hand?
No
But nothing happens if you do it.
Can the products be tumble dried?
Yes, but we cannot guarantee the highest suction power.
We recommend that you air dry them and that is also what we have written on the washing instructions in the underwear.
How do I wash 444 studios' underwear?
In the washing machine at 60 degrees together with your other laundry (do not use fabric softener or bleach, as it can affect the special functions of the underwear). Then hang them to dry.
Wash them at 60 degrees in the machine, so you eliminate all bacteria that can occur with use.
Washing above 60 degrees can reduce absorbency and durability.
Washing below 60 degrees does NOT reduce absorbency or durability.
Is the urine removed when they are washed?
Yes, if you put them in the washing machine at 60 degrees with a little detergent (but no fabric softener or bleach), the urine and all bacteria will be washed out, so they are ready for use again next time.

Absorption level
It varies widely what absorbency one may need.
As a guideline, 90 ml. will cover you if you are dribble incontinent.

If you are more into urge incontinence, we recommend at least 150 ml. absorbency.

"Drip incontinense" what does this cover
Our underwear for drip incontinence is best suited for drips and small leaks. These underwear absorb up to 90 ml of fluid, which is almost a whole deciliter.
Size & fit
How many pairs should I buy?
The need for drip incontinence is very individual.
Since the underwear looks, feels, and is perceived as regular underwear, it is also intended that you change them daily, unless there is a need for multiple changes per day. - Depending on how often you wash, you can calculate your need based on that.
If you are very active, for example by participating in sports, dance, or other activities, the need typically increases.
Typically, the need is 2-20 pairs, depending on the drip intensity and how often you wash clothes and other items.
Therefore, we also offer free delivery to everyone who orders 2 or more pairs.
How are the layers positioned in the underwear?
It depends on which model you choose.
Most often, women's panties have absorption mostly in the middle and back, as it is experienced that urine is best absorbed here.
Most often, men's boxers have absorption mostly in the front, as it is experienced that urine is best absorbed here.
Look carefully at the product you want to buy; you can see details from the pictures at the front and back, as well as closer up. Often, you will also find a detailed description. If you are still in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us before placing your order.

Orders, shipping & returns
Where is my order?
We deliver your package (1-2 business days) to the address or service point with GLS. You will receive an email from us with tracking information when the package is shipped from our warehouse.
Contact us at info@444studios.com if you have waited longer than 10 business days. To assist you best, please provide the following:
• Order number
• Your first and last name
Can I track my order?
When your order is on its way, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number so you can follow your package. You will also receive a confirmation email about the shipment from GLS. Afterwards, you will receive updates about the shipment via email and/or SMS from GLS (mobile number optional). Check that you have provided the correct email address, mobile number, and the correct address in your order. Always bring ID when picking up the package.
Can I return an opened product?
Products that have been opened and returned will not be refunded or returned to you.
How do I return an order?
For returns, complaints, and exercising the right of withdrawal, send to:
1. Fill out the return form included with the shipment.
If you have lost the form, you can download it here in Danish, English, and German.
2. The return form must be enclosed with the items you wish to return. Download return form English Danish German
3. Send the package to: 444 studios, Langballevej 142, 8320 Mårslet, marked "444 return".
If you want to return items, you must pay the postage yourself. We therefore recommend that you choose a parcel service offering track and trace, as we cannot be held responsible if the package is lost or damaged during transport. Due to health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal only applies to unopened products.

When will I get the money back for my return?
Refund
If you cancel your purchase, you will of course get back the amount you have paid us.
In the case of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
By
the use of the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded,
including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from
of your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest form of
standard delivery that we offer) without unnecessary delay and no later than
14 days from the date we have received notification of your decision
regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Refunds are made using the same
payment method that you used for the original transaction,
unless you have expressly agreed to something else.
We can
withhold the refund until we have received the item back,
unless you have provided documentation by then that you have
returned it.
How do I make a complaint about a product?

What payment options do you offer?
We accept MobilePay, VISA-Dankort, VISA Electron, MasterCard
Can I cancel or change my order?
We start processing your order immediately so it can
be delivered to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, it may not be possible to
make changes to your order or cancel it once you
have completed your purchase.
You CAN try to contact us very quickly at info@444studios.com, and we may still be able to make changes.
If you regret the purchase, you are
of course covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal, as long as the
product remains in its unopened packaging.
How do I use a discount code?
Go to the checkout and enter the discount code in the "Enter discount code" field.
The discount will be automatically applied if your order meets
the discount conditions. You can only use one discount code per order.
Is the product available in a physical store?
No
Is the product available in other webshops?
Yes - several online stores carry more of our products: Zalando, Sygeplejebutikken, Seniorshop, Seniorland, and Danish Care Supply.
Do you deliver 444 studios outside Denmark?
Yes - when you enter the delivery address, you will see your delivery price. Free delivery is only possible in Denmark.
Delivery
When you shop with us, your order is delivered by GLS. More information can be found on GLS's website: Contact Customer Service - Private and package tracking Expected delivery is 1-2 business days. NOTE! Applies ONLY in Denmark - We also deliver abroad, see more about international deliveries here.
Returns
You must return your order without undue
delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your
right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with
the return yourself. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that
the item is properly packed. You must include a copy of the
order confirmation. The shipment will be faster if you also fill out
and attach our withdrawal form.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery.
