Prices
At 444 studios ApS, all prices are in Danish kroner and stated incl. VAT and taxes. If you change the page to English or German, you change the currency to the selected country. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for out-of-stock items.Payment
444 studios ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and MobilePay. The payment is only deducted from your account when the item has been dispatched.
On our Danish webshop, all amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. The currency is respectively EUR on our German webshop and so on.
Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Miscellaneous payment information
If you pay by credit card, you are always protected against abuse. You have the option of rejecting a payment when you receive your payment summary. You have no deductible in the event that this card is misused in an internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
You choose the payment method when you place your order.
All prices are incl. VAT.
All purchase agreements, order confirmations and the like. included in Danish.
Sales and promotions
Only one promotional code can be used per order. It is not possible to combine several campaign codes and thereby obtain further reductions.If you have placed an order and the goods have been reduced in price within 72 hours, we will refund the difference. The 72 hours are counted from when you have completed the order and until the offer starts. In this case, simply contact our customer service ( info@444studios.com ).
Shipment
444 studios ApS aims to ship orders placed before 15.00 will be dispatched the same day. Orders after 15.00 will typically be dispatched the following day.
We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from DKK 29. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.
We ship to Germany, Canada, USA, Sweden, Norway, France and many more, find your country and the price list here. Here you will also find delivery times, - if you do not find your country on the list, please send an inquiry to info@444studios.com and we will sort it out.
Your goods are typically sent with GLS (Denmark) and UPS (International)
NOTE: If there is no space at the drop-off point, the package will be moved to the nearest drop-off point, of which you will be notified. If problems occur, contact customer service info@444studios.com .
Goods are delivered every weekday.
Special delivery conditions apply to certain goods. The conditions will appear specifically prior to the purchase of these goods.
Reservations are made for busy periods where there may be a longer delivery time.
Right to appeal
There is a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to material and/or manufacturing defects. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. 444 studios ApS covers return costs to a reasonable extent.For returns, complaints and use of the right of withdrawal, send to:

Refund
If it is a refund, please include bank details in the form of reg. number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be passed on without risk per email or other electronic form as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is counted from that day;
- Where you receive the order.
- Takes physical possession of the last product, by agreement for several different products, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several lots.
- Gets physical possession of the last lot or last part, when it is a matter of an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
- The first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of items over a specified period.
Return costs are your responsibility.
Cancellations must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation. The notification must be given via email at info@444studios.com. In the message, you must make it clear that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must complete the attached return slip and send the item to:

You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item, without at the same time giving clear notice of this.
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Goods that have been manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
- Sealed goods which for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Goods which, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
- Items where the seal is broken.
- Performed non-financial services, if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and recognition that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed.
- Delivery of digital content which is not delivered on physical media, if the execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the consumer thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
- Newspapers, magazines or magazines, except subscription agreements for such publications.
- Agreements concluded at public auction.
- Goods that deteriorate or quickly become obsolete.
Return
You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of cancellation. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return yourself. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. Shipping will go faster if you also complete and attach our cancellation form.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery.

Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, it is considered used. Which means that if you regret the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the trade value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. To get a full refund, you must test the product without actually using it.
Refund
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back.
In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding extra costs resulting from your choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us) will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date where we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds are made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.
