2. Ordering
- The citizen orders products via the webshop. (more info here)
- When the order is completed, an order confirmation is sent to the email provided by the citizen.
3. Payment and Invoicing
- Payment for the order is covered by the citizen’s municipality up to the amount the citizen has been granted.
- If the order exceeds the granted amount, the citizen must pay the difference themselves.
- The invoice is issued to the municipality. The citizen can then submit the invoice to the municipality as documentation for reimbursement.
- Reimbursement and payment to the citizen are handled according to the municipality’s own procedures and are outside 444 Studios’ responsibility.
- It is the citizen’s responsibility to select the correct municipality when ordering and to provide any case number or other necessary reference.
4. Prices
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. The price shown at the time of ordering is the applicable price.
5. Delivery
- Delivery is made to the address provided by the citizen at the time of ordering, unless otherwise agreed with the municipality.
- The delivery time is indicated at the time of ordering.
- Any special delivery terms may be specified under the individual municipality sections below.
6. Right of Withdrawal
- As a consumer, the citizen has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the product is received.
- If the citizen wishes to withdraw from the purchase, 444 Studios must be contacted.
- The right of withdrawal may be limited for products that are custom-made or personalized, according to the Consumer Contracts Act.
- Returns must be made by agreement with 444 Studios and in accordance with the municipality’s rules.
7. Warranty
- The citizen has a 2-year warranty according to the Sale of Goods Act.
- Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect or fault is discovered.
- For complaints, contact [Virksomhedsnavn]. Any further processing will be done in cooperation with the citizen’s municipality.
8. Data Processing
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). The information is used solely to complete the order and fulfill any municipal documentation requirements. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
9. Special Terms for Municipality Payment
- The municipality only covers up to the amount stated in the citizen’s grant.
- If the purchase exceeds the grant amount, the citizen is responsible for the difference.
- The municipality’s rules for reimbursement and repayment to the citizen apply in addition to these terms and conditions.
