Purchase Options and Size Guarantee – 444 studios ApS

We currently do not offer subscription solutions or automatic reorders. All products are purchased as standard one-time purchases, and you do not commit to fixed, recurring payments.

Special Size Guarantee on your first purchase:

Since our absorbent underwear is classified as medical hygiene products, they cannot normally be returned for health and hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened. To ensure you feel 100% secure at checkout, we instead offer a voluntary Size Guarantee on your very first order:

Keep the opened pair: If the size is incorrect, you do not need to return the opened pair. You simply keep it, and we will send you a new size completely free of charge.

Multi-packs: If you purchased a multi-pack, the remaining pairs must remain 100% unopened in their original packaging. Please note that a free return label is only provided for orders delivered within Denmark. For international orders, you must cover the return shipping costs for the unopened pairs to our warehouse. Once registered, we will ship the new sizes to you free of charge.

Pure exchange – no refunds: This Size Guarantee is strictly an exchange service for size adjustment. Refunds (money-back) are excluded once the hygienic seal has been broken.

Note on your rights: The statutory rights of the consumer (including the right of withdrawal for unopened items and statutory warranty rights) are not restricted by this voluntary commercial guarantee and exist independently of it.
