Return and refund policy

At 444 studios ApS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find all details about our return and withdrawal policy.

Right of withdrawal

  • 14 days full return right from the date of receipt.

  • If multiple products are delivered in installments, the deadline starts when the last item is received.

  • The customer pays the return shipping costs.

  • Withdrawal must be notified within 14 days via email to info@444studios.com.

  • Use the enclosed return form when returning.

Items without the right of withdrawal The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Custom-made items or items with personal customization.

  • Sealed items where the seal has been broken (for hygiene reasons).

  • CE-marked medical products if the seal has been broken.

  • Items that are inseparably mixed with others.

  • Digital products delivered without a physical medium, if delivery has begun with your consent.

  • Newspapers and magazines (except subscriptions).

  • Items purchased at auctions.

  • Items that deteriorate quickly.

Return

  • Returns must be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal.

  • The customer bears the risk for the item until we have received it.

  • The item must be packed securely, and a copy of the order confirmation as well as the return form must be included.

  • Packages sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.

Condition of the item upon return

  • The customer is only liable for any reduction in the item's value caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature and function of the item.

  • You may try the item in the same way as you would in a physical store.

  • If the item has been used beyond this, it will be considered used, and your refund may be reduced depending on the item's commercial value.

Refund

  • Payment will be refunded no later than 14 days after we have received notification of your return.

  • Any depreciation in value will be deducted from the purchase amount.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We can withhold payment until the item is received or until valid documentation of the return is provided.

    Note: The 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to private consumers. For business customers (B2B/B2G), the purchase is generally binding. See section 14 of our Terms of Service for details.
