All purchase agreements are made with private customers and follow Danish law unless otherwise agreed.

2. Prices

All prices on the Danish webshop are in DKK including VAT and taxes.

For foreign versions, the currency is changed to local currency (e.g., EUR for Germany).

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

We reserve the right for sold-out items and pricing errors.

3. Payment

MobilePay, VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, and MasterCard are accepted.

Payment is only charged upon shipment.

Credit card payments are SSL-secured, and you have no liability in case of misuse.

You can refuse payment upon receipt of the account statement.

All purchase agreements, order confirmations, and similar documents are provided in the language of the customer’s market, in accordance with applicable local laws.

5. Sales and promotions

One promo code per order.

Multiple promo codes cannot be combined.

If the item is reduced in price within 72 hours after purchase, the difference will be refunded upon contacting customer service (info@444studios.com).

6. Shipping

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day; later orders are typically shipped the next day.

We ship to Denmark, Germany, Canada, USA, Sweden, Norway, France, and more countries.

Contact info@444studios.com, if your country is not on the list.

Shipping is typically done with GLS (DK) or UPS (international).

Items are delivered every weekday.

During busy periods or for special items, delivery times may be extended.

If there is no space at the delivery location, the package is moved to the nearest location, and the customer is notified.

7. Right to complain

2 years warranty according to the Sale of Goods Act.

Complaints cover material defects and manufacturing faults, not damage from improper handling.

The customer must file a complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovery.

444 studios ApS covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

8. Refunds

For refunds, bank details (reg. no. and account number) must be included.

This information can be sent securely via email.

9. Right of withdrawal

14 days full return right from the date of receipt.

If multiple products are delivered in installments, the deadline starts when the last item is received.

The customer pays the return shipping costs (however, when using our Size Guarantee, we cover the return shipping for unopened items on Danish orders, while international customers must cover return shipping to our warehouse themselves—see terms in Section 15).

Withdrawal must be notified within 14 days via email to info@444studios.com.

Use the attached return form when returning.

Items without right of withdrawal:

* Custom-made goods or with personal customization.

* Sealed goods where the seal has been broken (due to health protection or hygiene reasons).

* CE-marked medical products, if the seal is broken (Note: If you have broken the seal on our absorbent underwear due to an incorrect fit on your first purchase, you are instead covered by our voluntary Size Guarantee, see Section 15).

* Items inseparably mixed with others.

* Digital products delivered without a physical medium, if delivery has begun with consent.

* Newspapers, magazines (except subscriptions).

* Auctions.

* Items that deteriorate quickly.

10. Returns

Returns must be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal.

The customer bears the risk for the item until receipt.

The item must be packed securely, with a copy of the order confirmation and return form.

Packages sent with cash on delivery will not be accepted.

11. Condition of the item upon return

The customer is only liable for value reduction caused by handling other than necessary to determine the nature and function of the item.

Items are tried as in a physical store. For our absorbent underwear, this means they must be tried on over your own clean underwear.

If the item is used beyond this, or if the hygienic seal on the medical device is broken, the item is considered taken into use, and a refund of the purchase price under the standard right of withdrawal is excluded (unless the Size Guarantee under Section 15 applies).

12. Refund

Payment will be refunded no later than 14 days after receipt of the return.

Any depreciation will be deducted.

Refunds are made via the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold payment until the item is received or documentation is provided.

13. Business Customers (B2B & B2G)

For sales to private companies (B2B) and public institutions (B2G), the following applies:

Right of Withdrawal: As a general rule, there is no right of withdrawal for business customers unless otherwise agreed in writing. In certain cases, we may offer an exchange of unsold goods by prior agreement.

Warranty: For B2B and B2G transactions, the warranty period is limited to 12 months from the invoice date. For CE-marked medical devices, any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Medical Devices: Sealed medical devices are never accepted for return if the packaging or seal has been broken, in accordance with applicable hygiene and traceability regulations.

Retention of Title: The goods remain the property of 444 studios ApS until full payment has been received.

14. Privacy Policy

We process: name, address, phone, email, order details.

Purpose: delivery and customer service.

Processing follows Privacy and Cookie Policy.

15. Special Size Guarantee (Exchange Service)

Since our absorbent underwear is classified as medical hygiene products, they may not be returned to our warehouse for health reasons if the packaging has been opened. To ensure you feel 100% secure, we offer a voluntary Size Guarantee on the following terms:

* **Your very first order only:** The guarantee applies exclusively to your first purchase of the specific model from us, allowing you to find your correct size in our range.

* **Only one opened pair:** If you purchased a multi-pack (e.g., 3 pairs), you may only open and try on the first pair. The remaining pairs in the order must remain 100% unopened in their original packaging. The guarantee is voided for the entire order if you break the seal on more than one pair.

* **Keep the opened pair:** You do not need to send the opened pair back to us. If the size is incorrect, you simply keep the opened pair, and we will send you a new size completely free of charge.

* **Return shipping for unopened pairs:** If you have unopened pairs in your order that need to be exchanged, these must be returned to our warehouse. For orders delivered to a Danish address, we will send you a free return label via email. For international orders (e.g., to Sweden, Germany, Canada, USA, France, etc.), you must cover the return shipping costs to send the unopened items back to our warehouse in Denmark yourself. As soon as we register your return package, we will ship the new sizes to you free of shipping charges.

* **Pure exchange – no refunds:** The Size Guarantee is strictly an exchange service for size adjustment. You cannot use the guarantee to get your money back (a refund) once the packaging has been opened. If you want a refund, all items must be returned to our warehouse in 100% unopened and unbroken original packaging according to the standard rules for the right of withdrawal (where you cover the return shipping costs yourself).

* **Time limit and condition:** The guarantee must be claimed no later than 30 days after receipt by contacting customer service at info@444studios.com. The underwear must be tried on before washing and over your own clean underwear. The guarantee is void if the product has been washed, actually taken into use (exposed to urine/liquids), or shows signs of wear.

* **Consumer restriction:** The Size Guarantee applies exclusively to private consumers and does not cover business customers (B2B/B2G).

* *Note on your rights: The statutory rights of the consumer (specifically the statutory right of withdrawal for unopened items and statutory warranty rights) are not restricted by this voluntary commercial guarantee and exist independently of it.*
