If, on the other hand, you struggle with URGE incontinence, where you often leak a lot at once, we recommend choosing products with higher absorbency. We are developing a product that can absorb up to 200 ml; that might be more suitable for your needs?

Have had other kinds

My husband has had other kinds, other "brands," but they haven't been hits. Most look like "grandpa" underwear and, yes, have a very unfortunate "look." My husband is NOT an older man and doesn't want to feel or look like one, so the fact that these LOOK like ordinary boxer shorts is really good; I can see the difference in his confidence/self-esteem. I also know that my husband likes his comfort, so if they were even slightly uncomfortable, he would refuse to wear them. (Believe me, we have other incontinence underwear lying around that he won't wear.) Keep developing them; I'd love to get some for him in other colors, perhaps?

I can't complain

I started with 3 pairs of boxers and later bought more because my wife only does laundry once a week. I have nothing to complain about: they're soft, they look just like ordinary boxers, so I can feel comfortable in the changing room. When I get caught short and have a "leak," they absorb it and hold it. I always carry an extra pair so I can find somewhere to change; I find that most convenient.
