NEW! These mid-waist briefs are designed in an OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified material that is smooth and sits close to the skin. The panties are designed for urinary incontinence and have an absorbent pad built in that can hold up to 90 ml of urine. The insert consists of four layers:
  • A transporting layer: Transports the urine further and ensures a dry feeling against the skin.   
  • An absorbent layer: absorbs the urine and ensures that the layer close to the skin feels dry and comfortable.
  • A distributing layer: distributes the urine evenly throughout the pads.
  • A waterproof layer: Ensures dry pants and keeps urine safely stored.
The insert goes all the way up to the panty edge at the back, as it is designed for the feminine body, which will often drip backwards. Despite the many features, the insert is discreet and the panties can be mistaken for ordinary panties. They can be washed a minimum of 30 times without loss of absorbency.
