If you have light urinary incontinence or only need protection for shorter periods, the 90 ml model may be sufficient, but for longer-lasting protection, the 450 ml model will be more appropriate.

Physical differences between the 90/450 models: In the 450 ml model, the extra absorbent layers are also distributed at the back. (See pictures) - While in the 90 ml model, the layers are located only at the front.
