NEW! These high-waisted panties are designed in a OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified material, which is smooth and fits closely to the skin. The panties are designed for urinary incontinence and have an absorbent insert built in, which can hold up to 90 ml of urine.
The insert consists of four layers that are transporting, absorbent, distributing, and waterproof.
Furthermore, the insert extends all the way up to the back waistband of the panties, as it is designed for the female body, which often leaks backward. Despite the many features, the insert is discreet and the panties can be mistaken for regular panties.
